Originally from Tasmania, Jerome Dalton’s love for unique cuisine and his desire to learn new culinary techniques has taken him across the world to 40+ countries. Whether it is pickling herring in Sweden or pounding green pawpaw with Thai grandmothers in Chiang Rai, Jerome seeks adventure in both life and food. Jerome has lived and worked in England, Spain and South Africa. He now calls Brisbane home and in 2003, launched Brisbane’s premier catering company, Dalton Catering.

Dalton Catering is one of three companies in Queensland to be recognised as a Gold Licence Caterer by the Australian Restaurant and Catering Association.
We specialise in providing gourmet wedding catering, party catering, corporate catering and finger food catering for cocktail events in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Over the past fifteen years, Dalton Catering has grown from a one-man operation with Jerome, to a dedicated team of apprentice chefs, kitchen hands, front of house, management and support staff.
We are Dalton Catering, curators of luxury catered events. From creating bespoke private events for loyal clients who welcome us into their homes to collaborating with our corporate clients to deliver their vision and business needs, we aim to create meaningful and memorable gourmet experiences.
Dalton Catering began in 2003 when Jerome Dalton combined his passion for food with his knowledge of the modern-day hospitality industry. Jerome steadily built a reputation throughout Brisbane for his high-quality food and impeccable service. Jerome quickly became Brisbane’s go-to caterer for prestigious events, catering everything from wedding receptions and government events, to product launches and corporate soirees.
