Tide’s offers a world-class location for your wedding, event or corporate gathering. The Reception and Event Hall adds an elevated level of sophistication to your celebration, whether it be a private party, a large or small wedding or even an intimate elopement. Directly next door to the venue is a large luxury villa inspired by coastal-luxe Balinese retreats which ensures that guests get to soak up all the Tides Estate has to offer and turn your event into a memorable weekend, you can even stay a week!

The Grounds 

The estate is also an operational and established macadamia farm setting the scene for the quintessential Byron escape, wedding or event. Boasting spectacular sweeping southeastern views, ocean breezes and western-facing sunset opportunities from the Villa, Tides Estate has it all. For outside events or ceremonies, the macadamia groves offer the perfect locations as well as the 100+ year-old fig tree that is an enchanting and magical area to either say ‘I do’ or to host a twilight dinner. The Tide’s gardens next to the Villa, boast the best views and oceanic breezes which is perfect for cocktail and canapé hour or for a relaxed alfresco or picnic-style event.

The Grand Event Hall

Tides Estate offers a purpose-built and all-weather suitable Events Hall that can accommodate up to 150 guests, with the option to open the ocean-facing side of the Hall to accommodate cocktail and canapes services on the lawn. The Hall has a dance floor and entertainment area in an acoustically-engineered hall, ensuring top-quality sound for your event. At the conclusion of your event, a charter bus will be ready to take you and all your guests to their respective guest accommodations by 11.30 p.m.

The Villa 

Tides Byron Estate is home to a sumptuous two-storey villa accommodating up to 22 guests with breathtaking views towards Lennox Head and East Ballina with a magnificent vista across the macadamia orchards of the Byron Bay Hinterland. The 600-square-metre villa offers 5-star accommodation for both small and large groups as well as individual travellers, families and couples, and provides an ideal location for a base to explore the area. Equipped with eight bedrooms and versatile common spaces, Tides Byron Estate can be easily arranged to suit your group or family. With five king-size beds, nine single beds and two comfortable foldaway beds, the Villa offers flexibility to accommodate any group configuration hosting up to 22 guests.
