All the team at Dalton Hospitality Catering and Events are getting very excited for the third
Diner En Blanc event in Brisbane. This is also our third year of providing fabulous picnic baskets for diners to enjoy.

There are two basket options again this year, featuring Australian cheeses, house made pickles, charcuterie, pissaladiere, plus baguette and Pepe Saya butter. The deluxe basket also includes duck rillette with Dijon mustard and Valrhona chocolate pots with strawberries, pistachio and sable. You can order your basket through the

Behind the scenes, the team has a busy week preparing the baskets and working a complete packing line on the Saturday morning, ready for delivery on Saturday evening.
