Place arancini on an ovenproof tray lined with baking paper and place in the centre of a 170-degree pre-heated oven for 8- 10 minutes or until the centre of your arancini is piping hot.
Remove tray from oven and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with flake sea salt and serve with black garlic aioli and garnish with micro herbs.
*TIP – to check that the centre is hot, insert a metal skewer or pairing knife into the thickest part, remove and then carefully pinch with your thumb and index finger to test.
