As summer turns its back on us and the southerly autumn breeze arrives, we are inspired by the wonderful produce that is arriving daily on our doorstep. Autumn is one of our most favourite times of the year as we reflect on our last trip around the sun, our gastronomic triumphs both past and future, and the bounty that summer has left us with. During this most contemplative culinarian time, we find it best to write our catering menu for the year, we are delighted to announce that our 2021 catering menu is live!

With the arrival of our new head chef, Damon Porter, in July 2020, we are thrilled to be able to offer his unique yet familiar and comforting cuisine. Damon is classically trained and spent several years working in the French Riviera honing his skills and style. Today his style takes full advantage of local ingredients and adapts them to dishes that are classic yet distinctive. Some of the things that we love about Damon’s food and that features heavily in our new menus is his amazing slow-fermented sourdough using a yeast strain that he cultivated 10 years ago and remains intact today, this is paired with his cultured butter that is made using the same micro-organism that is added to camembert cheese, the most delicious butter we have ever tried… Damon is as what we describe as a ‘meat smith’ and his talent with crafting small goods and Italian style salumi is absolutely world-class 100% of our small goods are now made in-house the artisan way and we are so pleased to be able to share these culinary jewels with our clients and friends.

Sharing is delicious! Our shared dining menu is looking fantastic, with 18 years in the catering industry, we are confident not only in our ability but in offering menus that offer a gastronomic experience as well as food that is both comforting and just plain delicious!

If you’re looking for something a bit more sophisticated then look no further at our fine dining menu, we create all of our fine dining menus with seasonality and local produce in mind.

Too much on your plate then, stand-up! One of the few ‘trends’ that we are happy to embrace is stand-up dining; grazing tables, canapés, substantial canapés, bowl, and fork dishes, food stations, we love it all! Our new canapé menu offers sophisticated cocktail party fare whilst ensuring crowd-pleasing food that delivers both the ‘wow’ and ‘yummy’ factor’.

Given the success and attention around our Fire Dome installation, we are opening up bookings for our fire-pit catering. After much trial and error, we are extremely happy to present our Fire Dome menu which will provide you and your guests with both dinner and a show!
