As the days get cooler and the sun sets quicker, the coals get hotter. Because a Dalton client always wants something different without compromising quality, we have come up with “A QLD FIRST”. Fire up something different this Winter.

Imagine standing around open coals with a fine pino in hand surrounded by family, friends or those “hard to please” clients. Watch as Head Chef, Jerome Dalton, cooks some of the country’s finest produce over ironbark coals.
